获美国罗格斯大学心理学博士。重点从事经典名方(如越鞠丸,好忘方等)优势性抗抑郁抗痴呆的现代机理与复方物质基础与转化研究,主持国家重点研发计划等多项国家及省级重点课题,一作/通讯作者发表中英文杂志论文各40余篇,主持或报告海外学术会议10余场。任中国生理学会中医药与脑稳态调控专委会创会主任委员,中华中医药学会中基分会常务理事,国际脑与行为遗传学会常务理事等。获省特聘教授,省双创团队领军人才等称号。
Professor Chen received a Ph.D. in Psychology from Rutgers University in the United States. His research focuses on the current molecular and system mechanisms and compound substance basis of classical Chinese herbal formulas (such as Yueju Pill and Haowang Formula) in combating depression and dementia like Alzheimer’s Disease, with their advantages being scientifically revealed. He has been awarded with multiple national and provincial key research project grants, including the National Key Research and Development Program. He has published over 40 research papers in both Chinese and English journals as the first author or corresponding author, and presented at more than 10 international academic conferences. He has served as the Founding Chairman of the Chinese Physiological Society’s Committee on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Brain Homeostasis Regulation, executive council member of the Committee on Theory Foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and member-at-large of the International Society of Brain and Behavior Genetics. He has been honored as a Distinguished Provincial Professor and the Leader of a provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Team.
陈刚教授自2012年以来,首次揭示中药越鞠丸快速抗抑郁效用,特定机制及相互作用物质基础。以该研究为代表,针对现有主流医学在治疗抑郁症,老年痴呆等严重脑病上存在的明显问题,通过深入系统发掘特定经典名方的潜在优势,对其功效的个性化差异及特定机理进行创新性阐释,并探索出基于复方核心机制靶标科学揭示其靶向协同成分的复方物质基础的新研究方法,提出并建立中医证候与疾病的共易感性及其研究模型,揭示中医药辨证论治的科学内涵,并创制了新的抑郁症痴呆症的预防和治疗手段。
